SIH 50PUE House

A house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large panoramic windows fill the interior with natural sunlight. Floor area: 95 m². A spacious terrace extends the living and relaxation space.

SIH 70PUE House

The LP70 modular house is built using timber frame technology. The structure includes prefabricated modules, a wooden ceiling with exposed beams, and full insulation of external walls and the roof. The standard includes a developer finish with plasterboard (drywall) wall finishing.
